IL SCIENCE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) installs and operates image information processing devices for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Processing method : We record and manage matters related to requests such as the use of personal image information for other purposes, provision to a third party, destruction, and viewing, and when the retention period expires, we permanently delete (by shredding or incineration in the case of paper documents) it in an irreversible way. Exceptionally, in the case of image information that must be retained rather than destroyed according to applicable laws, we store and manage it separately from other image information.
In order to protect the image information of the information subject and handle complaints related to personal image information, we have the personal image information protection officer as follows.

If you want to view, verify, or delete the existence of personal image information, you can request it from our operator of the image information processing device at any time. However, personal image information subject to viewing, etc. is limited to personal image information in which the information subject was filmed or personal image information clearly necessary for the protection of the imminent risk to the life, body, and property of the information subject.

Exceptionally, in the following cases, the information subject's request to view personal image information may be rejected. In such cases, the management officer shall notify the information subject of the reason for rejection in writing within 10 days.
The Company safely manages the image information it processes through encryption measures, etc. Also, as a managerial measure to protect personal image information, access rights to personal information are differentiated, and in order to prevent forgery and alteration of personal image information, the date and time of creation of personal image information, the purpose of viewing, the person who viewed it, the date and time of viewing, etc. are recorded and managed. In addition, for the safe physical storage of personal image information, it is stored separately in a controlled area where a locking device is installed.
The operation and management policy of this image information processing device was revised on November 1, 2022, and in the event of addition, deletion, or modification of contents due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, the reasons for and contents of the change will be announced on the website before implementation.
